April 4, 200322 yr this is a good idea...an official venting thread...i like it and yes WE SUCK !!!! I'm not an over optimistic person by nature but this is awful. Over the course of the year you're going to lose three in a row, but not THIS way to THIS team.

April 4, 200322 yr Were the A's fans right about Billy Koch? Is this a guy we can win a world series with? They've said all along not to be fooled by the 44 saves and that he's not a guy u can go all the way with. I just figured they were bitter for losin a guy that saved 44 gms and getting a guy that saved 10. I'm not trying to dismiss Koch after 1 bad outing but my goodness. That was horrible. He faces 6 guys and can't get ANYONE OUT? The real question is was that 1 bad outing? Or are we in for a lot of these this year?

April 4, 200322 yr Ya know it does piss me off that we are going a big O'fer, but since I cannot see any of the games, just box scores and gameupdates, I find myself very optimistic. Yet, the more I read post about the games makes me suspect maybe something is going on in the club house. Of course this is just speculation, but if I was watching this team play the optimisim that I have would become the all to familiar pesimism (sp) that I am used to as a sox fan.
