January 9, 200521 yr Following on with Hammer's thread about the most improved player, I'd thought I would start a thread about who everyone thought the best and worst off-season free agent signings were. For me, Hedo Turkoglu would be the best value wise. For the mid - level exception, he's averaging 13.4 points, 3.5 boards and shooting really well from the perimeter. Bob Sura, Eddie Griffin and Lee Nailon are others that come to mind. The worst off-season free agent signing would have to be Adonal Foyle and his 6 year $40 million deal,.

January 9, 200521 yr Author If the Bulls didn't sign Noc, I'm sure they probably would have gone after Turk a little more. They could go a lot of ways with the mid level exception next off-season though. A backup big man, a spot up shooter off the bench, a backup guard for Kirk.

January 9, 200521 yr Problem with Nocioni is that he is a completel ball hog. It's incredible. When Nocioni gets a rebound you cringe because you know he's gonna take it up court. It's like the guy has never hard of a pass.
