Up by 5 with 5 to play now.

a win here and loss by washington can put us tied for 4th.

oh well cant win them all, Gordon had an off night it seems. I really dont mind if we get the 4th, 5th, or 6th seed because i think we have a chance to win if we get any one of those.

could have pulled this one out if chandler was not fouled out.

Bulls played like garbage today. I'd like to say more but I got a big ass midterm to study for and most of my day went to watching the Bulls game.

 

They played good defense, especially Pike and Hinrich, and got a ton of open shots, they just didn't convert. They missed 3 layups in the final few minutes as well.

 

On a random sidenote, Ric Brunson is the biggest turd in the NBA. I hated the guy when he was on the Bulls, although I know there were some Brunson fans here, and quite frankly I now realize why.

 

Him and Pete Myers damn near got in a fight at the end of the 1st half. I coudln't believe Brunson didn't get called for a T. Myers was on the court talking to an official and Brunson came by and just gave Pete a huge ass shove and it wasn't one of those "I'm your pal type of shove and were just messing around' because you saw Myers just stare him down.

 

Don't know if they showed any clips of it, but we were sitting real close to the court and got a good few of it and were just thinking wtf. Also, some really poor officiating in tonights game. On one play Brand blocked Eddy and Eddy was taken to the ground and was just laying there and somehow got called for a foul (it wasn't offensive either. He was just going down from the block). Then there was a play where Chandler was grabbing the ball (happened right in front of our seats...thats whats great about the Clips, 4 rows up for 45 bucks thanks to ebay) and he got all ball and his hand was around the ankle and bam, Chandler got called.

 

On a more positive note, Deng was running around and part of me thought he was gonna play tonight although he was just wearing the suit. Looks close though.
