March 17, 200521 yr I found out recently that we will be getting CSN here in the O-town megalopolis on April 1. I'm pleased. I'm exicted. I'm gonna have Sox coverage for the first time since October. Now I've found out in the Des Moines region covered by Mediacom, including Ames, where I will be going to college next year, they will drop FSN Chicago in favor of FSN Midwest, meaning that when I move in August, I will miss the majority of Sox games. This normally wouldn't cause an uproar except for the unusually high number of Cubs fans who are already complaining about it. If you live in central Iowa or another region going through this same situation I suggest you get in touch with Mediacom to tell them how you feel. Shoot, I think it's ridiculous the city with the friggin' Cubs AAA affiliate will see twice the number of Cards games than Cubs games. That and my 99 Sox games.

How does losing FSN have anything to do with the Sox?
March 17, 200521 yr Author I'm sorry, I should've made it clearer. Instead of replacing it with CSN Chicago (they're dropping FSN because of the loss of Cubs games) they are replacing it with FSN Midwest.
March 17, 200521 yr Author QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Mar 16, 2005 -> 07:31 PM) lol get that league pass thing or whatevr. College students are generally not made of money. God knows we're not.
