March 29, 200521 yr Theyve been half staff here since January. I think its because our old fire chief, my grandpa died though. Not sure though.
March 29, 200521 yr There have been a few times when flags in the northern Lake County area have been lowered to half staff because of soldiers who died over seas. Some just out of high school.
