He's not on the first list, but if you click on "Complete AL Central Prospects" under the list, they have him as #2 and Jenks is off the list.

I'm pretty sure he signed a 4 or 5 year deal, not a 8 year deal. Bad reporting once again, something that's becoming a common theme with these previews.
