She then called police to the home and they arrested her for probable cause of domestic violence, according to the sheriff's office. maybe i'm missing something here, but how stupid is that. assault someone with a bottle, then call the police on yourself...

Yeah I had to read that twice. At first I was thinking she was calling the police at him, but that doesn't make sense.
April 8, 200521 yr Sounds like the cops got it right for once. Most times, no matter how much blood and bruising there is on the man, he'll be the one blamed and hauled off to jail.
