Teacher discount tickets

Featured Replies

My fiance is a teacher and has a bunch of those blue ticket vouchers. I want to use some for this weekend but she isn't gonna be able to go. We've never used them before so my question is what does she need to do to get the tickets? Will I need to show some kind of proof of her being a teacher when I get the tix?

I think they are only good on certain days... I think the first is when Sam-me comes to town.

The first is this Saturday vs the Mariners. Do you have any idea how you redeem them and what proof (if any) is required to pick them up?

I assume you need a pay stub of some sort.

I was told that you have to have your school faculty ID present as you purchase your tickets at the ticket booth.

The vice principal at my school has a stack of these vouchers, so I possibly might decide to go myself...

A few years ago, I used a freind's vouchers and they didn't ask me for any kind of proof. I think I went to the box office on the day of the game, handed it to them and got half price off of our tix. :huh

Just an ignorant guess on my part , but I doubt they want any proof ,as long as you have the voucher. I'm sure many teachers give these things out to students as rewards or pass them along to friends. C'mon already thats the Chiacago way to do things even if they ask for proof , say you didnt know you needed it since it doesnt say on the voucher.

I called the ticket office this morning and all you need is the voucher.

I went to the park Saturday and used these that I got from a very nice fellow on another board. No proof at all, no questioning, don't even need to write anything on the back of the voucher. $7 lower deck, row 6 tix, nice!

would anyone pretty please post applicable dates. My Mom could probably score some if you could let me know what I need to tell her to do. Also, can you have like 4 different vouchers for four tickets or will one do? How does this work for a group?

April 16 vs Seattle

May 12 vs Baltimore

July 20 vs Detroit

September 21 vs Cleveland

And you need one voucher per ticket.

THanks. WHo do I tell her to contact for the voucher?
