May 3, 200520 yr Down 9-3 the Cards scored 7 runs in the top of the 9th to win 10-9. The Reds did have 1st and 2nd one out only to ground into a dp. Wow, great stuff to watch. I love watching large comebacks in the 9th. Nothing like the desperation.

May 3, 200520 yr THe Grudz hit was huge because once Edmonds homers then there is nobody on base. I never bought into the idea of homers being rally killers but it is big to get another baserunner on. The game was made by the hustle of Albert Pujols who could have been in a DP to end the game
