May 3, 200520 yr Kevin Brown gives up 6 runs on 8 hits, no BB, no K to Tampa Bay in the bottom of the first. Devil Rays lead 6-0. So much for shaking up the roster. Perhaps now they'll realize what everyone else knows - IT'S THE STARTING PITCHING STUPID!!!
May 4, 200520 yr The Yankees are in a world of hurt, right now. The problem that they face is that they have very little minor league talent to trade away. The only thing they can attempt to do is pick up salary from small market teams, but that probably will not improve their team enough. A team with a good, but expensive player will get talent from another contender. There isn't a big enough pool, I feel. They have holes up and down that roster, but particularly in their bullpen. They might look awful now, but imagine how bad they'd look without Randy Johnson.
May 4, 200520 yr They got PWN3D!!!!!!!!! by Tampa Bay of all teams. They have a 200 million dollar golf reservation set up for October. HAHAHAHA EAT s*** BIATCHES!!!!!!!!!!
May 4, 200520 yr Lets look at their 100 million dollar rotation. Randy Johnson: Geriatric old man who aint got it no more. Pulled his groin and is one false step from being on the DL for a good little while. Tell me again why we were idiots for not trading half our team for gramps here? Kevin Brown: He sucks balls! The most overrated player in all of MLB. Sportscenter had a running ERA counter on this jag off and it was funny as f*** watching it go up as he gave up run after run. Jared Wright: What a f***ing joke this cock sucker is. He came, he sucked balls, he went on the DL. Carl Pavano: Big money for mediocre pitcher. f*** him. Mike Mussina: See above
May 4, 200520 yr Obviously the yankees aren't this bad but they're putting themselves in one hell of a hole. They'll get better but with their rotation can they run off a stretch where they win 9-10 in a row to get themselves back into it, I'm not so sure.
May 4, 200520 yr Things could be setting up really well for us. If the Yankees are completely out of it by AS break they may not trade for a stud like Clemens. I would love to be in the playoffs and not have to play the yankees.
May 4, 200520 yr QUOTE(qwerty @ May 3, 2005 -> 11:17 PM) $208,306,817. Whether or not they get back in this thing, just looking at their roster for that kind of funny is just hilarious. Edited May 4, 200520 yr by Rowand44
