Gregory Johnson is scheduled to die by lethal injection on May 25th for the 1985 murder of an 82-year-old woman who was beaten, stomped and set on fire. But, his lawyers are asking the state to allow him to be tested as a possible donor and to undergo the procedure if his liver is compatible. Johnson’s lawyers say it would be up to Indiana’s governor to order a delay for medical testing to take place. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Think they should grant the delay to see if he's a match for her...??

May 16, 200520 yr I think so. The one thing is odd is that they will wait until he is better to put him to death. I think I understand why, it just sounds odd.
