Lance Broadway was named to the All-American first-team by Baseball America... (also made Louisvlle Slugger and National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association 1st teams)

He is also a finalist for the Brooks Wallace Award given to the nation's top collegiate player by the College Baseball Foundation, the Xanthus-Dick Howser Trophy, given to the top player in college baseball, and he is also a finalist for the Roger Clemens Award given to the top collegiate pitcher

 

 

 

Broadway is the only player in collegiate baseball to be a finalist for three major awards.

Outstanding. I've got to admit, I was skeptical about this guy at first. But with everything i've learned about him the last couple weeks, the interview, and now the awards he's receiveing, I think we've got a legitimate stud on our hands.
