Ed and John during the rain delay

Featured Replies

Ed Farmer is telling stories from his playing days. So far, its included horror stories about playing in the Indians old stadium and about one about him eating a piece of a hot dog he found in his pocket.

He also talked about how the Red Sox used to feed their players pizza after every game, keeping the pizzas warm with a dryer.

You don't get this everyday, folks.

If this is the same rain we had at the golf course here today (NE Indiana), they need to just call it a day.

I can;t believe they delayed the game going into the 9th. Just finish it!

Wish we could get some rain up here in Lake County. Grass is dry and brown.

Yeah same except for the shady parts where it still continues to grow.

Waaah. We haven't got rain in I don't know how long. All around us keeps getting it, but where we live, nothing.

We hadn't had any until like Thursday. It's been extremely wet the past 2 summers, and now this one's the exact opposite.
