Do not see your point on that one We gave them Sosa, we did not get Palmeiro for Mitch Williams...huge difference. One of the deals had to do with the Sox, and we lost bigtime to the cubs directly. Just cuz the Cubs lost the other one, we didnt benefit for anything. You can't say "thanks for Palmeiro" like they can with Sosa.

For Palmiero, one of my buds who hates everything cubbie blue once said that the only player the cubs had that he would ever want on he Sox was Palmiero. Everyone is nuts if they say they wouldn't love having him. The guy busts his ass game in and game out. Sox fans would go nuts for him. He gives it his all and puts up amazing numbers, and I do think he cares about his team-mates. He seems to be growing as a player and person every year.
