I figured out the key to complaining around here is finding guys who are having break out years and comparing their contracts to guys who have done it for years before signing a contract.

 

Example: I can't believe we are paying Buerhle $6 million. I'd rather have a couple guys like Garland at $3.4 and use the rest of the money to fill holes. Buerhle just isn't worth $6 million when you can have a guy like Garland, with more wins, for $3.4 million.

Personally, I don't know why we are paying the greatest RH hitter in White Sox history over 10 mil. per year. I would much rather get rid of him and get 3 more Tadahito Iguchi's to play.

what are you talking about. MB is in his 6th year has a career record of 80-48, his era this year is 2.66 his career era is around 3.60 and his streak of like 6+ innings come on we are getting him cheap.

 

And Garland he is in an arbitration year so how much you think this kid is gonna make next year my guess is gonna be more than MB probably like 7 or 8 million

and think this is the first year Garland has done anything like this, sure he'll win 20 games maybe even win the CY young, but look at Zito did the same thing and how much does he make a year, 5.6 and how bout Hallady making 10.5 mill for having a career mark of 79-43 with an era of 3.70 im thinking
