May 6, 200322 yr He's also already 24, which is kinda old for A ball. Ring is pitching at a higher class and with nearly the same effectiveness. Meaux is a fringe prospect at best for the Sox, but his numbers are indeed good. He could pan out as a lefty specialist one day, but I highly doubt it.

If I can make an assumption that I believe is right...Ring's stuff is slightlybetter than Meaux.
