July 31, 200520 yr Rockies designated infielder Desi Relaford for assignment. Finally. Relaford hit .224/.308/.319 in 210 at-bats and didn't play very good defense. Another team may pick him up as a utilityman, but it appears as though his career is nearing an end. Jul. 31 - 12:32 am et He wudn't be bad off the Bench............
