What a World Series Game

Featured Replies

Man that was one of the best games I've seen in a real long time. The game had offense, base running and pretty much everything but pitching.

Also, I've been listening to the radio around here and wow did Bonds crush that ball. They say it went off the scoreborad which is about 560-600 feet and that has to be one of the farthest balls ever hit.

That was so cool cause Bonds cranked it, but the Angels still won.

Man, what a game, this is going to be a great series.

Didn't see the game, and didn't care to see it, but I'll say the Angels win it in 6.

I heard that the series is on track for the lowest veiwer rating ever.:huh

Thats fine with me cause its an awesome world series in my book. The Angels are a fun team to watch and its so enjoyable seeing someone not named the Yanks in their.

Oh I agree, I loved that game. Gotta love Salmon in the dugout admiring Bonds homerun.

I think alot of it is that the games are so late on the east coast due to the time differential. And alot of people aren't watching.

A bit too much offense for my liking, but the ended satisfied me. I'd prefer watching this to anything with the Yankees in it.

I couldnt watch the game because i had to work, but i was allowed to listen to it during work on head phones if i reported the scores/info when my boss asked. There is nothing like getting paid to listen to baseball. :P It was a great game too.

The World Series has been good for a long time. Even when the Mets got swepped the games were good.

Ahhhhhh, the memories. Oooh, 1997 was a GOOD one!

Don't care about either team, so I've been watching hockey ( when it's on ), or else just watching cartoons with my daughter.

Barry Bonds vs. Rally Monkeys and Thundersticks - there is no winner.

What's wrong with the D'backs? They're nearly an expansion team! How can you hate them already?

I hate the Dbacks cause they are boring to watch, imo. I like watching Schilling and Johnson, but otherwise they are a vanilla team.

They don't run much, I don't see a ton of bunts or all that stuff.

i dont hate them just think we need some different teams in the world series every year unless they are the sox :)

I don't mind seeing the same teams if it's a competitive series.

Like Last years....... it was f***ing amazing! Best World Series I've ever watched....... by far.

Seeing a team in the World Series in back to back years is not overexposure, except if it's the Yankees.

I'd prefer to see different teams every year, like the NFL. people like dynasties and it is a great story for the sport in general, but not knowing who is gonna be in there and who is gonna win is so much better.

I'd like to see the Sox in it every year winning it.  I wouldn't complain about that.

Wouldn't you just LOVE to see a Sox/Halos ALCS?
