Rob Nen out for the season

Ouch! That hurts the Giants.

Sucks for the Gigantes.

No suprise

Tim Worrell's doing a heck of a job in place of Nen. Worrell has good stuff but he doesnt have one outstanding pitch that he can keep throwing. Lets see how he does in the World Series.

The Giants are so far the only team that can be compared to (and be competitive against) the Yankees.

the giants wont miss a beat with worrell closing..he's been lights outs 9-10 in saves and a era of 2

He gets it from his brother :)

I wish we had a closer like that, BTW

Nathan has also been extremely nasty and could take over if Worrell slips up

True, I forgot about him.

We also have a solid closer in Tom Gordon. He can be erratic....but he is solid.

Ya know....I bet Gary Glover and Dan Wright are solid closers as well. Hell, I'd go as far as to saying Rick White and Kelly Wunsch would be OK closers.

And if only one of them were our full-time closer
