Jerry Manuel failed math

``Right now, we're an easy target,'' Manuel said. ``I'm an easy target. It's OK. ... There's always something for teams kind of like ours, in a championship season, that can turn it 360 degrees. Has that happened for us yet? Obviously not.''

Yeah Jerry, obviously not, since most managers on sucky teams try to turn it around 180 degrees. Obviously JM is setting expectations twice as high by attempting to go for the full 360 degree turn here.

180 is only a half circle. We do want it completely turned around silly!! ;)

Manuel doesn't realize that he has taken this team 360 degrees..... right back to where we've been the last 2 seasons. Good job genius Jerry!!!!!

Works for me..

Is there any reason not to believe a circle in Jerry's world can't be 720 degrees..?? :P

I know he went to a public school. I went to the same one for a year. Damn California school system!

Well I am an engineer so it makes me feel good when I find someone like Jerry making stupid math mistakes that no one cares about. :P

Actually, the difference between 180 degrees and 360 degrees is PI Radians, which can totally throw geometrical calculations off!!! There is a HUGE difference...but then again, that's the mathematics major in me speaking.

Go mathematics!!! :headbang

Holy hamburgers...a math major, and a Sox fan...not 2 things you hear spoken in the same context very much. But it is true, 360, 180 2Pi, Pi...it doesnt matter...we suck no matter what the math is

Aah, I wouldnt expect any less from that idiot JM. Go ahead Jerry, turn us around 360, Im sure theres no way well be able to fire you...
