The I's won 12-5 tonight in game 3 of the SAL championship series. Cook had his 3rd HR of the series. 2 hits for Getz, Smith, King, and Ricks (4 RBI). Harrell left early, but Perez pitched 3.2 shutout innings. A 6 inning 4th sparked the win. They lead the best of 5 series 2-1. Box Score

    A few months ago, Winston-Salem and/or Birmingham looked like the affiliates that might be playing for league championships. I never would have thought it would be Kannapolis.
