October 1, 200520 yr I guess they've forgiven us for sending them Billy Koch. Anyway, the Marlins have a special place in my heart. A lot of it, of course, has to do with the events of October 2003. But they've also played two home games at US Cellular Field, both of which I attended, and I talked with a lot of Marlins fans (and one Marlins manager) at those games, they were cool guys. The ones I know online, for the most part, also are.

October 1, 200520 yr This is why I like the Marlins. That's actually a very good overall site. I was there last year when they played games in our ballpark.
October 1, 200520 yr QUOTE(Antonio Osuna @ Sep 30, 2005 -> 06:38 PM) Tropicana Field was built for the White Sox. And Jerry Reinsdorf was leading the charge to move the Sox out of Chicago, don't forget that.
October 1, 200520 yr They like us because we let them play at the Cell for 2 games last year. We even have had a couple over here from time to time. EDIT: Oh yeah, there's the Ozzie factor as well. Edited October 1, 200520 yr by Buehrle>Wood
