Set the VCR to record the game, drink to catch up after Bible study, and pray even more. I am sure not a lot will show up for your bible study with game anyway.

October 24, 200520 yr The best part about this, is the irony...while you were at bible study, God was probably gathered around a 1000 inch HDTV in heaven with all the arch-angels watching the Sox game... And as the game went on, they were like: Ok, now lets have the Astros take the lead... Ok...lets make that home run hitting guy hit a slam...let's just say the ball hit Dye or something... Yea, but as good as that is, you guys know what'd be even better...let them tie it against that fat pitcher and have the little guy hit a walk off homer... Yeah...great ending. And so it came to pass. Ok...I'm crazy.

And as soon as everyone left, on the TV went. I tivo'd all the pregame stuff and got to watch it after the game, the pregame including one of soxtalk's finest.
