his mobility is so limited, the balls he missed were not errors because he didnt try for them. just like honus wagner supposedly never used to move to get ground balls so that he wouldnt have any errors.

no i never said i wanted him in Center Field but it wouldn't be the worse thing.

It would be the worst thing. Everett's defense in center field would give up more runs than his bat would make up for.

Well, see, that probably depends on how you define the "worst thing".

 

If the worst thing is some sort of nuclear holocaust, or having to watch Gigli, then yeah, it's not the worst thing.
