It is an ESPN magazine, what do you think?

ESPN the Mag does not generally provide recaps of the past week or two, since it comes out every other week.

It is generally more of featured articles and previews. Would have been interesting to see what was in their Baseball Posteason Preview.

It would be interesting to see the ESPN magazine that came out before and after the 2004 World Series

I think the Red Sox might have been on it after they won it. However, the Red Sox wouldn't have been all over it. ESPN always has someone take in-studio pictures for their covers. They never really use game shots.

I just checked, Oct 11 was Randy Moss on the cover, Oct 25 was T.O. and Donovan McNabb, hanging out cuz they are boys ;)

The Red Sox were on it, I still have the issue.

Really? What date was the issue? I googled for different issues in October last year and could only come up with the two I mentioned

The Red Sox issue you speak of was in December 2004 (the 20th) with David Ortiz's giant bulbous noggin on it.
