Just because he's well qualified doesn't mean he's the right person for the job. The Democrats aren't planning a filibuster at this point from everything I've read. But they are going to have a vigorous hearing.

 

So we'll see what happens. Personally, I think its the President's perogative to nominate who he wants. Unfortunately, we elected someone who nominates people that I disagree with.
