that guy got what he deserved, IMO. If you are gonna trap a mouse and let it go, fine. If you are going to trap-kill a mouse, well thats fine with me too. But this guy was more or less torturing that thing while trying to kill it.

edit: does anyone else think kamikaze pyro-mice are just what we need to win the war on terror? they seem pretty dedicated.
