No one seems to ever talk about the 29 year old (I believe). He's batting 338 at Charlotte in 40 games along with 6 HRs and 22 RBIs.

Cause he is a career AAA player. A solid player, but there are many just like him in AAA. Calkl him a AAAA player if you will.

Well do you think he could contribute on a major league team???

He could potentially contribute off the bench if he was on a team that was in great need for hitters. While statiscally it looks like that with the Sox, it really isn't the case and we have quite a few more options ahead of him.

He's got to just hope he gets a shot and can stick with some team as a role player.

Maybe he could get a shot in the bigs, like moonlight grahm in field of dreams.

He is like Holt too old

People thought Wade Boggs was too old and too slow when they finally brought him up after years in the minors, and he won a batting title in his rookie year. Edgar M. had the better part of three years in AAA, too. If you can hit .330 or thereabouts in AAA, you can't be too much of a slug.
