Gene Honda Civic
For those who have never heard the term before, or still don't know what it means, here is the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web2.0 for it. Basically, old static web pages are considered Web 1.0, whereas 2.0 is the sharing of various sites through tagging and such. So who here uses a social bookmarking site? Which one? Delicious, Digg, anything else? I just got an invite to Newswire, which I guess is still in beta. It seems like a pretty slick news aggregator. kapkomet
Hey cheat, can you forward me info on the newswire thing?
DonkeyKongerko
del.icio.us and Digg both, I also stumbled upon CommonTimes.org the other day and found it a decent source for news. Other sites I haven't tried too much: reddit.com pligg.com If you're into porn, socialporn.com. You've probably seen this already, but for others there's a good list of Web 2.0 sites here. What about podcasts? Anybody else here listen to any?
Heads22
CNN podcast usually. Gage should do an FS/ST one.

Skype makes it really easy to get player or other interviews too. I think that would be awesome if he has the time to pull it off.

I'm actually getting ready to put together a radio show with Mario (Molto) and would love to be able to do that sort of stuff. You got a link that would explain how I could do it? And ya, I just started using podcasts about a week ago. I like em

Check out Systm episode 4, they use this free program called Audacity. As far as Skype goes, I think the easiest way is using two computers and just lining out the audio from the Skype computer to the computer with Audacity. There are probably other ways to do this, but I haven't looked into it.
