Since there will be other Q&A sessions throughout the weekend, I'm going for Thome. From what I understand, he is a tough autograph to begin with.

They did the schedule this way for the first day to make sure they spread the initial crowd out to Thome, Konerko, Jenks and the Q & A right off the bat.

Looks like I'm heading to Thome and then try for AJ and Crede at 7.

Saturday morning go to Pods, then to the Q & A at 1:30 then try for Kong at 3.

(Then the Garland session)

Sunday, looks like it'll be McCarthy, Anderson and the Widge.

I hope that those who are going can post updates here for those who got shutout. Damn popular team. LOL

Thome is going to be tough to get at 4:45. Is there a way I can just skip the ceremony and walk right into Sox Fest to get in the line? The past 4 years, I've ended up waiting in the lines to go into the fest.

The people who are in line for the opening ceremonies get into the fest first. its the way it has always worked. Everyone else gets in behind them.

FYI, I don't know about the first autograph, but the Brandon McCarthy pitching clinic Friday nite has my name all over it.
