I'm no big fan of Casey, but here's the competition. Senator Rick Santorum.

 

"And yet we have brave men and women who are willing to step forward because they know what's at stake. They're willing to sacrifice their lives for this great country. What I'm asking all of you tonight is not to put on a uniform. Put on a bumper sticker. Is it that much to ask? Is it that much to ask to step up and serve your country?"

Personally, I still think I'm much more of a fan of how Santorum just keeps lying and lying about the "K-street project".

PA is a joke Senatorally. (points for making up a word).

 

On one hand you have Crazy Arlen "Magic Bullet" Specter and on the other you have Rick "Contraceptives are Bad" Santorum.

 

PA also has one of the most professional state legislatures, and the one of the least regulated lobbyist systems.

 

We're fugged up.

 

That being said, Bob Casey Jr only exists because of his late father's Gubernatoral status in PA. Santorum may not say the things that YOU like, but at least he's consistent and believes in something.
