He and Leon Williams tore it up as freshmen last year at Ohio, leading them to a MAC Title and giving Florida a scare in the dance. This year as a sophomore, he has really struggled, went through some personal issues, and has decided to transfer. I saw him in one of his last games several weeks back at NIU, and he looked so lost on the floor. Wasn't paying attention on either end, seemed kind of out of it. However, he is VERY talented and will be a 4th year junior at his new school (after redshirting next year) in 2007-2008. He could be a very good 2 year player for his new team.

Fears is about 6'4 and 200 pounds, has long arms and can get in the passing lanes, can legitimately play either guard position, he'd be a very nice add for you guys.
