Leo Daigle

What happened to Leo Daigle? I was searching to see if he moved up in the organization after an outstanding year in 2005 and I see he is on Baltimore's AA team. Did he get traded?

Daigle went from Winston Salem to Charlotte and did nothing, so he left as a minor league FA IIRC or something like that.

After all he was putting up those numbers in only high A ball.

He was a minor league free agent and while he had an amazing year he isn't considered a prospect, rather a solid minor leaguer who can help a minor league team win (will never help a major league team win).

The O's signed him for organizational depth.

Exactly, he choked with the Knights.

It's not that he choked, he's just not good at that level of competition. It's really that simple.
