Quick question, I have tickets to tomorrow's game (1/2 $ Monday) for

 

section 152 (left field line)

row 1

 

does this mean I am first row? Or do the seats go A-Z and then start with numbers?

 

I know in the upper deck (where I normally sit) its just numbered, but some douche told me row 1 was actually not row 1 in the lower bowl.

I don't think there is any alphabetical seating.

I am pretty sure in that section there are 2 rows in front of you. AA and BB. You should be in the 3rd row.

Funny you should ask, I was at the gaem yesterday and I went over to Section 153 to see the same exact thing. In 153 it stars with bb, cc, 1. So I am willing to bet that in section 152 the rows go AA, BB, CC, 1, 2, etc. because of the angle of the seating.

Good question. I think because those seats are still blue, and maybe they didnt want to re-number all the rows. Maybe when they have the green seats in, they will be numbered correctly

It is because of the dugouts. Only certain sections have AA BB

i got those AA seats once in '03, 3 hours before an august monday game.

 

It was the only time I've ever had first row, so cool.

 

Carlos Lee ran over to our section for a foul ball, reached right next to me and caught it.

 

He didn't give me the ball, I was dissapointed.

The seats are still great. They added those 3 rows as a part of the renovations a few years ago. I guess they felt it wasn't worth renumbering all of the existing rows.
