I don't agree with this rule a team should be able to hire whomever they want. Do you have to give a list of white candidates if you select a black coach? I doubt it. Heck all he has to do is call Harold Baines and Ozzie Guillen for a couple of token interviews to beat that rule. The rule isn't THAT hard to follow.
