Man, I really want to go, but I work tomorrow. I'd have to get there at like 8:00 am and stand in line for 4 hours.

Would someone hold down a spot in line for me? I'll give you a few food and beer tickets to the taste. PM me if you're interested.

Anyone , anyone?

Did anyone meet Crede and AJ?

I went to the Taste for lunch, but didn't have enough free time to try and meet them. The line was extremely long.

I did want to tell Crede my little story though. I've gone to 2 games this year (Seattle and Houston) and Crede has hit grand slams in both games. I have tickets to this Saturdays game against Boston, so, I'm expecting a slam from Crede. I would've loved to tell him that.

It's hard to estimate the line, I'll take a guess and say approximately 400-600 people long (??) This was right about 12 noon. I didn't see any news cameras, but I only hung around for about 5 minutes and watched AJ and JC sign stuff on a platform from about 30 feet away, behinf a barrier with Chicago's finest standing guard.

I was there and it was complete insanity. There were alot more than 400 people. If you didn't get in line by 10 or so you had no chance to get their autographs. I got there at 11:30 hence I ended up with Bill Melton and Ron Kittle who most people around me had no clue who they were.
