Ticket Reps

Featured Replies

I have heard numerous people complain about their ticket reps not being responsive.

We are new season ticketholders and although have been shuffled around think we lucked out and got a good one.

Our new rep is Kari Thiess and although I have not had any real problems has been great about comunicating what is going on with the Sox.

Seems I get general e-mails (I think computer generated) but have also received several e-mails introducing herself and asking how things are going.

I couldn't be happier and hope our relationship lasts a long time!

Lucky you. My guy is some dude called the Old Prospector.

Did anyone else receive a replica world series trophy today in the mail from DHL? I didnt know they were sending one out. I guess all premium season ticket holders got one per the letter included.

We picked one up at the park. The season ticket holder ones are much bigger than the free giveaways, roughly the size of a football. Not bad.

Believe all season ticket holders get one but the don't send the actual trophy but a letter that you bring to the park and redeem for the trophy!

I got mine in the mail from DHL. Its sooooo cool. I also had Southpaw at my daughters Bday party. He took one of my friends a Cubs fan, and made him wear a princess crown. It was really cool.

I am glad you posted this... Too many times we only hear when the Sox screw up, and it gives the impression that the organization is awful, when it isn't. keep the good stories coming!

The Sox do a lot of neat things (maybe I'm easy since I'm new).

There are a lot of things to like beginning with the tickets themselves - the ticket books when they came were nicely done - even the box was neat.

The ticketmaster tie in allowing you to e-mail your tickets and sell them on-line to other fans without having to ship them is easier than Stubhub and the fact you get 90% is a better rate.

Although some people got shafted the Grinder bash I heard was pretty neat.

The new replica trophies are pretty awesome.

I started another thread about our ticket agent - although we were switched around she and the organization have done a great job of keeping us up on what is happening i.e. what is new with the team, promotions, changes in game times, parking issues.

I honestly am having a great time and looking forward to the playoffs!!!!!

ha, i got one of those when i went to a golf outting. kw was there too...

The fan experience at the Cell is second to only Coors Field for the parks I've been to.

Our ticket rep is alright. Nothing wrong. But nothing great, either - never heard from the guy, except the blanket emails about game time changes. And he doesn't return out emails, more often than not.

Actually, he's not very good.

:huh

Is it cool to name names in this thread? Not sure if that is a good idea.

I'm guessing he shares a first name with a off color comedian with the last name of Rock.

Nope.

His first name is Joe.

No offense, but you don't know what a bad rep is until you get my guy.

Mine is terrible, I've only been able to get him on the phone one time and that was when he informed me that I'm unable to get the red parking pass. The words useless comes to mind.
