Yes it is... its called loss of consortium.

 

As an interesting social question, how much is loss of consortium worth to you guys? I mean, how much would you take to never have sex again? I've often wondered what juries discuss when they have a loss of consortium claim...

 

If some drunk driver or other idiot cause me to be unable to have sex, I would sue and demand the earth, moon, stars and sun.

Can we sue alcohol companies then, theyve been known to cause some erectile dysfunction.
