I think people are mostly willing to be a part of it, if their elected officials were willing to go about it in a responsible manner.

Come on Rex. You can tell where people stand. You all act like ANY of us have a true decision in this s***. The truth is, we don't. Not any of us. It's controlled by a small number of people, the American public be damned. And, BTW, the party doesn't matter, it's still controlled by a small amount of people, and not necessarily Americans, either.

I would have been happy to do whatever my country asked of me in the invasion of Afghanistan. The only thing asked of me as far as I can tell was to go shopping, return to my life.

 

And at some point, hopefully this year, I am going to take a first responder course.
