February 28, 200719 yr Erstad is a grinder, a warrior on the ball field...his trouble is simple: Injuries...although the last time the Sox gambeled on a guy who seemed to always be injured (Dye), that worked out pretty well.

February 28, 200719 yr He's a good meat-n-potatoes North Dakota kind of guy, and definitely a good teammate. As long as we don't expect too much of him - he's not a very good hitter at this point in his career - he'll be fine.
