You have mentioned that a couple times, could you elaborate? I think I know what you are driving at, and frankly if this law doesn't offer you some comfort, I'm even more confused about the law. You clearly are a get involved kind of guy, or else you would not have placed your name on a ballot. Are you more concerned about retaliation through the courts, or retaliation through intimidation or worse?
