Since everyone here is bumming me out, I wanted to list things I liked so far:

Darin Erstand is a gamer and I think if pods gets his s*** together, they could be a nasty 1-2 punch.

David Aardsma looks much better in black than blue and his 3 strikeouts were awesome.

AJ is looking good this year as well.

I liked Steve Stone alot on the radio, I think that guy might have a future somewhere doing this baseball thing.

I like the green seats, and that they're tilted alil more towards the mound.

please add, otherwise go back to b****ing about 2 games into the season.

my beer was nice and cold on opening day

Scott Podsednik showed lots of promise....in absolutely nothing, god i hate him.

We got plenty of power production going on. Not that I thought we'd falter there, but we've put up some decent offense. Erstad would make a kicka$$ duke.

- I really like Iguchi down in the order

- Jim Thome is one homer closer to 500

I know its just two games, but so far, I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with Erstad (as is everyone else, I assume), in pretty much all aspects of the game. I am more in favor every day of the idea of Erstad taking over LF full-time and Anderson moving into CF, especially if Pods fails to get it moving (though I do think you can't make that move for at least a month, to give Pods a real shot).

So far, Erstad and Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrdsma have looked a lot better than I expected.

Roger Bossard has been doing a great job.

The players have been taking the losses fairly well. So their emotional state is in pretty good shape.

Yay!

Brian Anderson is batting 1.000 :P

Bobby Jenks has not blown a save :P

Mark Buehrle hasn't given up a HR yet :P

My hair has all fallen out, but I am still HOT, so that is a BIG positive in my book.

Interesting...mine really wasn't...but on the plus side, they only cost $6 a piece. :bang

I concur. Please sit down Pods and bring in Anderson. However, this would mean batting Iguchi 2nd, which I am not in favor of.

On the positive side...Mark Buehrle's arm is not broken.
