Here's to hoping he gets better.

In the heat of the 2005 Governor's election, he blew off a campaign event to watch the White Sox in the playoffs. He's a huge White Sox fan.

The kicker? He was on his way to a meeting between Imus and the Rutgers basketball team when it happened. :o

Hope he makes a rapid and full recovery.

:pray

Hopefully everything is OK.

No seat belt? It amazes me people are still that ignorant. I'm sort of surprised the Trooper even allowed that to be the case.

I certainly hope he recovers quickly.

They say he's doing well considering and should be off the ventilator within a couple days. I'm very surprised how many people still don't wear seat belts these days.

Probably back at work within 10 days.

Was he in the back seat?

No.

His aide was, and she was not injured.

My brother would be alive today if he had not done a couple of these

drank enough beer to register a .31

decided to drive

didn't wear a seatbelt

hit a big ass tree at 45 mph

Prayers for the Governor.

Damn. Sorry to hear that about your brother Tex.

Years ago now. But thanks. Big funeral when you die at 22. And what did most of his friends do the night of the funeral? Got drunk.

Last summer Brian's friend died and the night his friend died a bunch of the people that knew the kid that died threw a big party in honor of the kid. Wigged Brian out something fierce.

Same thing happened after that bad crash in Oswego. Kids were talking about how they were drinking in honor of the ones in the accident. Really shocking.
