Scout.com merging with MySpace

Featured Replies

Wow, I can't believe this. Now I am really happy I went with Rivals and not Scout.

Wow, as much as i use myspace and scout.com, this makes me mad. Time will tell on whether this will be any good.

Isn't that the Vince Vaughn- Jennifer Anniston child?

So this is going to be like myspace sports now or something?

It's actually only going to be a merging in the same way that Scout merged with Fox, there will just be an ad on the pages for Myspace on Scout and vice versa. Nothing like I thought it would be thankfully. But Scout is having serious problems and might be going under.

You still doing some work at that site with TripleLyndys?

Yeah, the message boards are still going, have a couple of new moderators as TL has dissapeared :-).

Pretty interesting stuff going on. Rupert Murdoch and Fox own Scout.com and MySpace. Murdoch has been looking into trading MySpace.com to Yahoo for 25% of their stock shares. Yahoo now owns Rivals.
