Anyone have any experience with femoral nerve damage? How long it lasted? Did it self heal? Get better or worse with time or activity level/intensity?

I hope it helps a little. I too struggle with a medical issue that I cannot get satisfactory answers for.

I've been dealing with this since February and it's getting worse and of course no one can tell me why nor can they find a remidy. No drugs due to being pregnant, and I'm scared as it progresses what other issues/problems may come up.
