on the plus side, Thornton looks back to his old self striking out the side during his only inning of work (ozzie should of left him in there for the 9th). also, our offense lit up a pitcher who had a 2.something ERA like a Christmas tree today. it's good to see Thome and Konerko locked in as well as Dye coming out of his slump.

don't sweat it, we won. but as soon as i ponder the thought of our squad going 44-32 in the 2nd half, Day and our bullpen have to implode for all to witness. most teams need bullpen help but our starting pitching is off the charts it is so good.
