July 28, 200718 yr QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 10:02 PM) Draft position be damned and all that stuff, it still feels mighty good to win. JON JD EHREN JENKS Yeah, all that. Anybody starting to think Wasserman might be a real Major League pitcher?
July 28, 200718 yr QUOTE(danman31 @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 10:04 PM) Yeah, all that. Anybody starting to think Wasserman might be a real Major League pitcher? Yup. Anything that keeps Dewon Day away.
July 28, 200718 yr QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 10:04 PM) Dye getting hot at the perfect time, just a shame it couldn't have been a few weeks sooner. For real. We could have scored a big trade with him hitting like this earlier. Nice win though.
July 28, 200718 yr Yesterday and tonight were shades of 2005. Keep lighting it up JD, maybe KW can trade you for a Little Leaguer or High School pitcher.
July 28, 200718 yr you can tell our boys are really having fun out there. i love watching them come back to win lately, despite them being so many games out of first place. Ozzie won't let his team quit on the season like the Minnesota Twins have.
July 28, 200718 yr QUOTE(BearSox @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 10:27 PM) how come Pods didn't get an error on that one play? Just home now, saw it live. It was an unusual play, meaning it's not like he dropped a routine fly ball. I marked it as a hit before it came up on scoreboard, there was really no question.

I don't know. Edited July 28, 200718 yr by BearSox
July 28, 200718 yr Thomas hit that ball a mile straight up, and the wind swirls a lot in US Cellular. Pods looked like a complete doofus jumping for a ball that landed underneath him, but it wasnt really an error. Edited July 28, 200718 yr by kyyle23
