Watching Chris Kelly try to play third base is agony, he goes out of his way not to get dirty or make much of an effort. Plus he's a jerk and if it was possible, could strikeout on two pitches. There is absolutely no need to rush him through the system, what with both Thome and Konerko on the roster for a few years. Add to it that he's 20 years old, and rushing him just does not make sense.
