steve stone filling in for DJ, should be interesting

Too bad we will miss half of the game because "the u's" commercials run too long.

Where's a good place to find the lineups, in advance and in a cut and pastable form?

Damn it, the broadcast is on WCIU... so ExtraInnings will carry SportsTime Ohio.

Hate, Hate, Hate WCIU!

Sox to take 2 outta 3 this series.

The Lineup.

Owens, CF

Fields, 3B

Thome, DH

Konerko, 1B

AJP, C

Dye, RF

Pods, LF

Uribe, SS

Richar, 2B

Danks Dealin'.

Danks with 3 groundball outs in the first inning. That's a good start. I'll probbaly listen to most of the game on XM radio as soon as I can.

I can't watch the games, but it seems that Owens might actually be a viable singles hitter eventually by the numbers. Does anyone else agree that sees him play more often?

How far were those flyouts by Konerko and AJ?

i love how stoney quickly disagreed with hawk on a pitch location. finally, someone to keep the windbag honest.

check out JD and the high sox!

AJ, not very deep at all. Paulie, almost to the track.

John Danks is a f***ing man

Man, listening to Stoney in the booth with Hawk is like looking at a Maserati parked next to your dad's minivan.

I love Danks. Beaned Peralta right off the bat. Very nice.

Agree. Brings a lot of professionalism and insight to the game. Not the ongoing babbling of Hawk.

what? i like steve stone alot, i think hes intelligent, but if he has one flaw its that he over analyzes and talks about every little detail of everything..IMO hes the one who babbles too much....

the two change ups danks threw to michaels were the best ones ive seen him throw maybe all year

The benefit of having Stone is, I think, that he'll shame Hawk out of yelling "Dag gum it!" just by being there. Hawk needs supervision, see?

He's great to listen to.

I thought for sure that was going to bounce off pod's head and go over the fence.

Look up what a color commentator is suppose to do. At least he babbles about the game, it's players, and situations and not players who are dead or played in the 60s.

 Danks

westbrook mowing 'em down. not good.

Having Stone here is great. He really shows the insight that a color commentator is supposed to have. For example, that little thing Richar did with his glove on the stolen base -- I would've never picked up something like that. I don't think DJ has EVER given me a "Wow!" type moment of insight that Stone gives multiple times during a game.

Ummm, when did belle win MVP?
