(AP) ABBOTSFORD, Wis. - Two men, driving the same pickup truck, have been cited for driving drunk in central Wisconsin. Police stopped their truck in Abbotsford, Wis. recently and found 43-year-old Harvey Miller was steering the truck. Miller has no legs. Officers say 55-year-old Edwin Marzinske was operating the gas pedals and brake. The police report says Miller admitted he was too drunk to drive, but argued he wasn't actually operating the truck because he couldn't push the gas pedal. Officers disagreed and cited him for drunken driving, third offense. Marzinske was cited for his second drunken driving offense.

Hold on a second, the MFer who has no legs said he was too drunk to drive?? How about the fact that he has no legs? So had he been sober everything woulda been fine?

Did you also happen to notice that it was his third drunken driving offense?

They were talking about this on Mike and Mike this morning, almost pissed myself.

I'm trying to picture this - so the guy with legs sits in the seat and the guy with no legs is on his lap...this is like when your parents would let you 'drive' the car by letting you sit in their lap and you'd hold the wheel while they were holding it as well. They just took it to a whole other level.
